I believe in the unity of health and fitness and focus on a style of training that is seen as unconventional to the styles often found at big box facilities. My own training and that of my clients involves using your body as the machine through body weight movements, free weights, kettlebells and various other pieces of equipment. This style of training not only improves muscular strength, it improves overall balance, coordination, and core strength. Building on these principles not only make day to day activities physically easier, but mental strength and confidence are built as well.
